2007 - I'd heard by weather report that there was a major fog event near downtown Austin, Texas, one morning in November.  So I headed down to Zilker Park and started taking photos in the fog--very moody images--from the West end of the soccer fields.  About half-way though the fog, slowly heading Eastward, I spotted something large that I'd never seen on the fields before.  "Oops!  Sorry officer.  I didn't mean to interrupt your guarding the soccer fields in the middle of a fog bank...while drinking coffee...watching the sunrise...yeah."  He was on his way soon after.
